Accessing the Members Websites
Our Group uses several secure "members-only" website:
● This contains details of events and activities being run across the Group.
● This is also where you can find useful information (like packing lists), and can order shirts and other items.
● We also use Google Chat Spaces to talk to other members and leaders
● This can only be accessed using a Google Account / email address on one of the Warnbro Scouts mailing lists.
These website will change over time, as we add content and functionality.

To access the Members site, you can either:
● go to the Public web site, and click "Members" in the top right-hand corner; or
When you access the Members' website, it might let you straight in. This is perfectly normal if you're already logged into your browser using a Google Account which is already on one of our mailing lists.
If you're not logged in with your Google Account, or the Google Account you are logged with isn't on one of our mailing lists, Google should ask you to log in.
Once you've logged in, you should be able to see the new Members Only website.
If you can get into the new website, you can stop reading now.
However, if you're having trouble getting in, read on!

First, try logging in with the email address which you've received this email on. If you do have a Google Account attached to this email, it should log you straight in, and take you to the new Members Only Website.
If there isn't already a Google Account attached to your email, you should get error message something like "Couldn't find your Google Account":

To create a Google Account, using your current email address, simply click the "Create account" button in the bottom left corner, select "For Myself" from the drop-down menu:

On the Create your Google Account screen, click "Use my current email address instead"...
... then complete the updated form, then click Next
(enter your existing email address where it says "Your email address").
Note: This password should be something different from the password you use to access your email
The Account Creation wizard will walk you through the process of creating a new account, using your existing email address. Once you're done, you should be able to login Google to access the new Members Only website.
